The easiest way to rewire your subconscious with multiple subliminal tracks is to focus on one specific goal until you achieve it.

Listening to multiple subliminal tracks on the same goal will be far more beneficial than listening to multiple Subliminals on different goals.

The most difficult aspect of achieving goals is reprogramming the subconscious mind.

Making it believe and collaborate with you to achieve your goals is even more difficult.

Repetition is a critical component of the entire method for effectively reprograming the subconscious mind. For example, suppose you have one subliminal goal and listen to it repeatedly throughout the day. In that case, you will achieve your goal much faster than if you listen to multiple subliminal tracks on various topics.

Furthermore, you can increase the number of subliminal affirmations and tracks in your playlist from one to twenty or thirty.

If your individual tracks are not linked to the same goal, your subconscious mind will become confused, and the results will take much longer.

Assume that exercise and a healthy diet is the primary goal.

In that case, you can make 20 subliminal tracks that each describe a different aspect of you exercising, eating healthy foods, having your ideal body, and being fit and healthy with plenty of energy.

If I had to choose between multiple Subliminals on multiple goals and multiple Subliminals on a single goal, I would always go with the latter.

Listening to subliminal messages while sleeping is by far the most certain way to reprogram your subconscious mind and achieve success as quickly as possible.

Once you are relaxed, imagine yourself as if you have already accomplished your goal. Next, you must consider the end result.

You must imagine that your desire has arrived. Your goal has been met; it is completed. How does it make you feel? Doesn’t it pique your interest? After all, you’ve already accomplished what you set out to do.

In your mind, make short films. Perhaps with a group of friends congratulating you on your accomplishment. 

  • What do you think they’d say to you? 
  • What would your location be? 
  • What would you say in response?

The more details you can conjure up in your mind, the better. Once you’ve mastered it, you’ll find it very uplifting and enjoyable!

Don’t be concerned about how it will transpire. It is the universe’s responsibility to deliver it to you most effectively and efficiently possible. But, unfortunately, it is not always the way we expect it to be.

This is how we communicate our desires to the universe through visualization. However, keep in mind that you must always visualize the end result only. Continue doing this while listening to your subliminal until you can feel it happening.

The true power is in the feeling. If you truly believe it has already occurred, the universe will grant your wish to you very soon.

What Not To Do When Using Subliminals

You do not want to read or repeat the list of affirmations on your subliminal. It completely defeats the subliminal’s purpose because it makes you feel uneasy. Moreover, most of the time, the affirmations are currently false, so your mind becomes perplexed.

Why Not Read The Subliminal Affirmations Aloud?

Affirmations crafted to read aloud have to be different than ones you engage subliminally. Subliminal affirmations can break rules about what is currently true or false like saying “I’m wealthy” when that is not true yet.

For instance, assume you want to have financial abundance in your life. Then, you would make affirmations like “you are wealthy” and “money is overflowing in your bank account”. These are perfect for subliminal design because your subconscious accepts what it’s told.

However, your conscious mind knows these are not true so you would create a conflict by engaging your conscious and subconscious at the same time.

Reading aloud engages your conscious mind and it would reject affirmations like “you are wealthy” because it’s not yet true. However, your subconscious accepts the idea without judgment.

So, don’t read your subliminal affirmations aloud.

How Do The Subliminal Affirmations Work?

You may be wondering how subliminal affirmations work. What we believe to be true attracts itself into our lives. We have attracted everything in our lives. The law of attraction works in this way.

If you grew up believing you’d always be poor, that you’d never have enough money, that you don’t deserve to have money, I’m sure that’s what you’re attracting into your life.

That is most likely reflected in your bank account. You might be having difficulty paying your bills. Your subconscious mind has picked up a bad program that keeps repeating itself. Over and over, 24 hours a day. The subconscious mind never sleeps or stops working.

Subliminals allow you to change your subconscious mind’s beliefs. You can disable the self-destructive program that is currently active. You can replace it with one that will be far more useful to you.

Returning to our earlier example. If you want to make more money. Change your subconscious mind’s beliefs, and you will change what you attract into your life.

If you want to be wealthy but are currently broke, you can change your beliefs so that you believe you are wealthy and have more money than you could ever want.

Here’s what actually occurs. When your subconscious mind believes you are wealthy and money is no longer a problem, it will look at your current situation and conclude that something is wrong. This is because you are not currently wealthy.

Okay, no problem, let’s fix this, your subconscious will say. Let’s make you rich. I’m not sure why you aren’t right now, but let’s fix that.

It will force you to notice new opportunities that you were previously unaware of. It will show you how to make a lot of money. You’ll get new ideas and see things in new ways. It may appear to be a coincidence, but ideas for making large sums of money will begin to flow to you.

It is your subconscious mind correcting what it perceives to be true and false. This is how the subconscious mind and the law of attraction work.

How to Get Subliminal Results Overnight

Getting Overnight results is extremely difficult. You likely won’t achieve anything overnight, even if you are a master of Subliminals and the law of attraction.
